Part 107 Certificate Renewal Process

As of April 21, 2021 the FAA has removed the requirement for Part 107 certificate holders to take a recurrent exam. The FAA has implemented three online training courses that have replaced the recurrent exam. All Part 107 certificate holders are required to complete this training every 24 calendar months.

Part 61 certificates include private pilot, commercial pilot, flight instructor, ground instructor, etc.
